Economy

I think it is horrible that something else has gone wrong with the economy. I don't think we will ever have a strong economy again. I think the government should help them but they should also take over or be the head of the businesses. I don't think they should give as much money as they were, in fact if millions of people weren't depending on them I would say it was there own problem. I think that these corporations are being stupid and just handing out money to anyone.

Weekend

Friday I cleaned the house and went grocery shopping. Saturday I got up and mowed the yard and then took a nap. Later I hung out with some friends. Sunday I got up and had to play bass for my church. After that me and my friend Quinton hung out. Later on we went to the revival.

Sleep

I normally stay up till 10 or 11. It just depends on what I am doing and how tired I am. I really can't tell that much of a difference when I stay up late. I normally am tired when I get up in the morning whether I stayed up or not. Either way it wears off and then I'm fine.

Army

It made me think more about college and how I am going to pay for it. I realize now I need to go ahead and start getting ready for college. Also I doubt I am going to pursue an army career. If you are a man you get to go fight and I would rather not die. I also think the army is not what I want to do all my life.

Drinking

I don't think it should be changed because I don't think you are mature enough at 18. I think if you were to change it there would be a lot more deaths from drunk driving. I really can't think of any pros of lowering the drinking age. I mean if you are honestly thirsty get a water or soda. If you want to drink that bad join the military and then drink on base. Other wise I think the age is fine right where it is at.

Quote

Speaker

I think the lady was very nice and knew what she was taling about. Also I did enjoy the presentation. The speaker informed me about college and I think it will hep me in college. I pretty much liked every thin about the presentation. Also I think Ms. Gay should still have speakers.

I think I would feel safe and protected. I would be glad for having someone protect me, but I do think it would become very aggravating after a while. I think that there are certain time and places when you need protecting. I don't think that your life will ever be exactly the same if some one was always with you.

DOG

I think it is very cool that the dog can do this. Also I think the man is very lucky to have the dog to help him. Animals can do do more than we give them credit some can even tell if you have can or are about to have a heart attack. I don't have any pets right now. Also I don't think any of my previous pets could have done this simply because they were not trained to.

Homecoming

I went to the pep rally which was good. Then the nest day I went to the parade with a friend, I think it was to short. Then the day of I just slept all day and then went to my to go pick up my date. We went to Ruby Tuesday's with some friends and then I went to the dance till 10:00. The next day I went to church and play bass that morning.

Love

I do agree. I think that if you at least tried and did lose love its better than never having it. Even if you try and it doesn't happen I think its better than not not knowing.

Baby

I think it is horrible that someone could do that. I also think it is weird that know one noticed that a woman was giving birth to a baby. I think the mother couldn't have been sane if she did this. I think she might have been on drugs or just desperate. Also I hope that the baby is okay.

MTV

I didn't watch the Music Awards Sunday. I don't get that channel on my television. I probably wouldn't watch it anyway if I got it because I really don't like Brittany. I only get a few channels but if I did get it and Brittany wasn't on it I probably would.

Substitutes

I think it will not effect us to much other than that the teachers who are going to be our sub are going to be very unpleasant to be with because they will be exhausted and grumpy. For the teachers it will not affect their pay or anything else. It will just be more aggravating for them. They have their own class to worry about and they don't need someone elses class to worry about. Overall I think this is a bad way to save money.

Making a Blog

Making a blog each day is fine by me. I think it is a lot easier than doing a warm up or doing a essential question.

Republican Nominee

I think it was good decision to pick and in the end I think it will help him. She is just a normal mother and knows what normal people are like. I think this is a good thing for his campaign and I also think that some of Hillary's supporters will vote for McCain because she is a woman. Some however will probably vote for Obama because he is simply Democrat. In the end I think it should be a close race.

Teen Pregnant People

I think it happens because people are uneducated about it or they just think they can get pregnant and live off of child support or welfare. I think some of the pregnancies are related to peer pressure but most are just a choice that someone makes. If a girl gets pregnant in high school I think it is stupid it interferes with school and most girls just drop out. Accidental pregnancies I think should not be looked down on as much as planned pregnancies but it is still a stupid mistake. However you look at it, it is wrong.
